NAZ Associates and Tariq's .Thoth Special Meeting Oversight Proposal

A tightly controlled legal law firm sits at the heart of Mansour Holdings—three attorneys who function less like outside counsel and more like an embedded strategic command.

Nasad Abbil Zov Associates (NAZ Associates)

Publicly, it presents as a traditional high-end Egyptian legal partnership—its name derived directly from its three founding attorneys, signaling legitimacy and pedigree. Privately, however, the ordering is deliberate: Nasad (structure), Abbil (enforcement), Zov (control). Within Mansour Holdings, the acronym “NAZ” is often used in internal communications as a quiet shorthand for absolute legal authority.

For external filings, arbitration panels, and international dealings, the firm sometimes operates under a more formal expanded business model:

Nasad Abbil Zov International Legal Counsel (NAZ-ILC)

This public facing firm appears in cross-border contracts tied to Mansour Energy Systems and sensitive acquisitions through Mansour Antiquities & Advisory, established as a global firm with reach far beyond Egypt.

Inside the organization, though, the name carries weight for a different reason—nothing involving Tariq Mansour reaches a courtroom, investigator, or press outlet without passing through NAZ first.

  • Ari Nasad (mid-30s, Egyptian Male) is the firm’s structural architect. A graduate of Cairo University Faculty of Law, he later earned an LL.M. in international commercial law from University of London. Licensed through the Egyptian Bar Association, Ari specializes in cross-border energy regulation, sovereign contracts, and corporate shielding. Within Mansour Energy Systems, he designs jurisdictional frameworks that allow Clausius devices to bypass restrictive import laws while remaining technically compliant. He also advises Helios Vault Logistics, ensuring sensitive shipments move through layered legal protections that blur the line between private and state authority.

  • Dendera Abbil (early 40s, Egyptian Female) is the firm’s enforcement mind—precise, feared, and politically connected. Educated at Ain Shams University Faculty of Law, she holds a postgraduate diploma in arbitration from Queen Mary University of London and is licensed by the Egyptian Bar Association. Her focus spans high-stakes arbitration, media law, and intellectual property dominance. She operates primarily within Mansour Media Group, silencing litigation threats and shaping legal precedent, while also protecting Alexandria Digital Archives by locking down ownership rights over recovered historical data and contested cultural records.

  • Sanura Zov (late 30s, Nigerian-Egyptian Female) serves as Tariq Mansour’s personal attorney—the final word in any matter touching him directly. Educated at University of Lagos Faculty of Law and completing advanced legal studies at American University in Cairo, she holds dual licensure with the Nigerian Bar Association and Egyptian Bar Association. Her domains include asset protection, antiquities law, and covert contractual arrangements. She oversees Mansour Antiquities & Advisory, ensuring acquisitions remain deniable yet defensible, and quietly directs Obsidian Circle Consulting, where influence, leverage, and legality intersect under her exacting control.

Proposal: Establishment of International Liaison Authority & Structural Realignment of Arcane Oversight

In recognition of the rapidly evolving geopolitical and post-Storm operational landscape, this proposal recommends the immediate creation of an International Liaison Authority (ILA) within .Thoth Network. This office will serve as the central node for international board policy coordination, intelligence gathering, and cross-jurisdictional investigations. The ILA will ensure alignment between regional board representatives, EU intermediary, monitors emerging global threats, and provide actionable intelligence to the Executive Committee.

It is proposed that David Hassan be appointed as the inaugural International Liaison. Mr. Hassan’s distinguished military background, advanced education in geopolitical systems and arcane phenomena, and demonstrated fluency in all known languages uniquely position him to operate effectively across national, cultural, and emergent post-Storm boundaries. His leadership will provide the Executive Committee with a unified intelligence framework and strategic foresight during this period of instability.

Concurrently, this proposal recommends a structural refinement of the planned Arcane & Artifact Oversight Division (A.A.O.D.). Given the increasing complexity and divergence between arcane phenomena and physical relic management, the division shall be formally divided into two specialized offices:

  • Arcane & Magic Oversight Office (A.M.O.O.)

Directed by David Hassan, this office will oversee arcane research, magical threat analysis, and containment protocols related to non-physical or energy-based phenomena.

  • Artifact & Relic Oversight Office (A.R.O.O.)

Directed by Tariq Mansour, this office will manage the acquisition, cataloging, preservation, and strategic deployment of physical artifacts and relics. Mr. Mansour’s archaeological education and professional expertise ensure rigorous stewardship of these assets, particularly those tied to ancient civilizations and Storm-related activation.

This dual-structure approach ensures operational clarity, reduces internal overlap, and enhances both investigative precision and asset control. It further aligns with Chairman Naguib Sawiris’ strategic vision of .Thoth as a stabilizing force in a fragmented global system.

Approval of this proposal will strengthen .Thoth’s international authority, intelligence capabilities, and domain specialization at a critical juncture.
