Subject: Helios Vault Logistics — Global Facility Security & Anomalous Activity Survey
Requested By: Tariq Mansour, Board of Directors
Primary Platform: THOTH017A
Corporate Cross Reference: Helios Vault Logistics Security Operations
Prepared Under Authority Of: Dr. Pulsipher Wissenschaft, Director of Aerospace Systems
Distribution: Board Restricted / Helios Executive Security
Date: 18 June 2057
CLASSIFICATION: THOTH INTERNAL — BOARD RESTRICTED
1. TASKING
At the request of Mr. Tariq Mansour, Orbital Intelligence was directed to monitor Helios Vault Logistics facilities for three principal concerns:
A. External threat preparation
Evidence of surveillance, staging, reconnaissance, planned theft, organized intrusion, or hostile action.
B. Anomalous or bloodline responsive approach behavior
Individuals, groups, animals, environmental phenomena, or other signatures demonstrating unexplained attraction toward secured Helios holdings.
C. Regional conditions
Local disturbances, infrastructure disruption, Storm related phenomena, government activity, unrest, transport disruption, or other conditions potentially affecting Helios assets.
All orbital findings were cross referenced where possible with Helios security logs, access records, facility management reports, shipping activity, and reported local incidents.
The original satellite tasking was established following the Board's decision to survey Helios vaults for anomalous activity and possible Unknown Pharaoh relics.
2. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
No evidence presently indicates a coordinated international campaign against Helios Vault Logistics.
No Helios facility is assessed as being under immediate organized attack.
However every monitored facility has experienced anomalous, criminal, environmental, or unexplained activity during the review period. Most activity has been handled appropriately by local Helios management.
The majority of incidents fall into one of four categories: opportunistic criminal interest; post Storm public disorder; unusual client behavior; low confidence anomalous phenomena.
Monitoring period totals
Facilities monitored: 7 Reportable events: 46
Probable criminal/security events: 13 Confirmed mundane explanations: 11
Possible Storm related events: 9 Possible artifact response events: 6

Overall assessment
Helios Vault Logistics security systems are functioning effectively under extraordinary global conditions.
3. TEL AVIV, ISRAEL
The Tel Aviv facility remains operational despite unusually restricted regional communications following the Storm, consistent with broader intelligence concerning Israel's post Storm information environment.
Incident TLV04 — Probable surveillance
Three vehicles conducted repeated low speed passes near employee and freight entrances over four days. Helios independently identified two occupants. Both have prior convictions involving antiquities theft. Local security altered delivery schedules and increased visible patrols.
Status: GREEN Assessment: Probable criminal reconnaissance; no evidence of larger organization.
Incident TLV07 — Unexplained avian concentration
Approximately 1,700–1,900 birds repeatedly formed circular patterns above the southern portion of the facility between 04:11 and 04:19 local time. Behavior repeated on four mornings. No conventional food source, thermal plume, or migratory explanation identified. Helios personnel noticed the birds but did not classify the event as security relevant.
One sealed storage chamber beneath the affected roof contains prePtolemaic material. No inventory disturbance.
Status: YELLOW
Incident TLV09 — Weak anomalous emission
Orbital anomaly detection systems recorded intermittent emissions from the same subterranean section. Helios internal environmental sensors detected nothing unusual. Emission ceased before local inspection.
Status: YELLOW Recommendation: Passive monitoring only.
4. GENEVA, SWITZERLAND
Geneva continues to experience increased demand for high security vault services and asset relocation.
Incident GVA03 — Unauthorized client arrival
A longstanding private client arrived at 02:37 without appointment and demanded immediate access to a sealed family collection deposited in 2038. Security refused entry.
The client became distressed and repeatedly stated: "It knows I am here." The individual returned during business hours approximately seven hours later and denied remembering the previous visit. Helios medical staff found no obvious intoxication. Collection remains secure.
Status: ORANGE
Assessment: Possible anomalous attraction event.
Incident GVA06 — Cyber intrusion attempts
Two coordinated penetration attempts targeted employee credential infrastructure. Both were automatically isolated. Investigation indicates conventional financial criminal methods. No relationship to anomalous events.
Status: GREEN
Incident GVA08 — Temperature excursion
Vault Four experienced an 11 second temperature decrease of 7.8°C. Climate system logs show no corresponding refrigeration activity. Three independent sensors recorded the change. No stored object was damaged.
Status: YELLOW
Incident GVA11 — External surveillance
Individual photographed service entrances for approximately six hours. Investigation identified a private investigator retained in an estate dispute involving assets held at Helios.
Status: CLOSED / MUNDANE
5. LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM
Incident LON02 — Public intrusion attempt
Two university age individuals attempted to enter a restricted service corridor after an online rumor alleged that Helios stores the "real Excalibur." Both were detained by private security. One possessed a handmade sword. Neither demonstrated Storm touched capability.
Status: GREEN
Incident LON05 — Repeated flower placement
Fresh white flowers have been placed outside the same exterior wall on nine mornings. No person is visible placing them on available Helios security video. Orbital imagery is insufficiently continuous to determine source. No associated threat.
Status: YELLOW
Incident LON08 — Medieval collection emission
A storage bay containing several medieval European objects produced a weak intermittent anomaly signature during two orbital passes. Helios records show no access to the bay during either period. Signal has not repeated.
Status: YELLOW
Incident LON10 — Client retrieval
An elderly aristocratic client unexpectedly requested immediate return of an object deposited by his grandfather more than seventy years ago. No security violation.
Client stated only: "It should be at home now."
Status: INFORMATIONAL
6. PARIS, FRANCE
Incident PAR01 — Restoration anomaly
A Helios associated restoration atelier reported that an ancient necklace alternated between visible corrosion and apparent restoration over approximately three hours. No chemical explanation established. Object was isolated.
Status: ORANGE
Incident PAR04 — Repeated photography
Young woman photographed facility exterior daily. Helios investigation identified an architecture student conducting a university project.
Status: CLOSED / MUNDANE
Incident PAR07 — Attempted employee bribery
Individual offered a Helios guard money for information concerning Egyptian holdings. Subject identified as a freelance journalist. No breach.
Status: GREEN
Incident PAR09 — Second attempted bribery
Different individual approached another employee three days later seeking substantially the same information. Subject has no verified journalistic affiliation. Identity appears partially fabricated. No known connection to first subject.
Status: YELLOW
Assessment: Probable collector, broker, or theft intermediary.
7. NEW YORK CITY, UNITED STATES
New York operations continue to show communications irregularities consistent with earlier Helios reporting.
Incident NYC03 — Subterranean approach behavior
An unhoused male has slept repeatedly above a ventilation structure associated with the Manhattan subterranean facility. When interviewed by Helios security, he stated that he preferred the location because: "The singing is clearer here." No audible signal has been detected by conventional recording equipment. Orbital anomaly analysis indicates a weak correlation between his position and an underground storage zone. Individual has no known connection to Helios.
Status: ORANGE
Recommendation: Do not detain. Continue observation.
Incident NYC06 — Storm touched altercation
A powered individual was involved in an unrelated violent incident approximately three blocks from the facility. NYPD response temporarily restricted transport access. No evidence Helios was the target.
Status: GREEN
Incident NYC09 — Museum transfer concern
A museum client accelerated removal of three Egyptian pieces from planned traveling exhibition storage. Reason provided: insurance reassessment following global Storm related instability. Nothing irregular detected.
Status: INFORMATIONAL
8. DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
Dubai produced the strongest conventional security concern in the review period.
Incident DXB02 through DXB08 — Probable theft planning
Over eleven days, Orbital Intelligence and Helios independently identified:
repeated rentalvehicle observation; shortduration drone overflights; photography of employee access points; monitoring of freight departures; probable investigation of staff residences; one utility van containing electronics potentially useful in defeating commercial security; repeated presence of three unidentified persons near deliverychange windows. Helios detected most of the activity without orbital assistance.
Local management responded by:
changing guard rotations; modifying delivery times; introducing false schedule information into potentially compromised channels; rotating access credentials; discreetly contacting local authorities. No intrusion occurred. No evidence presently connects the suspected team to Mr. Obsidian, the Master, a government service, or another identified hostile network.
Status: ORANGE
Assessment: Probable professional theft planning.
Target: Unknown. Helios Response: Appropriate.
Incident DXB12 — Rooftop thermal anomaly
A localized area of roof surface remained approximately 4.2°C cooler than surrounding material despite identical solar exposure. Effect disappeared after 43 minutes. Internal Helios sensors recorded no corresponding event.
Status: YELLOW
9. SINGAPORE
Singapore holdings have undergone redistribution following the Gansu crisis, increasing normal logistics activity and complicating anomaly base lining.
Incident SIN03 — Unexplained approach behavior
A dockworker from an unrelated company walked toward the Helios perimeter during his lunch break on three consecutive days. On each occasion he stopped within approximately twelve meters of the same exterior wall, remained stationary, then returned to work. Interviewed by local security after the third event. He stated: "I thought somebody called my name." He could not identify the voice. He has no known connection to Helios clients or employees.
Status: ORANGE
Assessment: Possible attraction/compulsion event.
Incident SIN07 — Container anomaly
Orbital systems recorded a low level anomalous signature from a maritime container awaiting customs clearance near the Helios transit area. Container was not Helios property.
Customs inspection found: ceramic plumbing fixtures.
No concealed compartment located.Signature disappeared approximately twelve hours later.
Status: UNRESOLVED / YELLOW
Incident SIN11 — Suspicious vessel correlation
A small commercial vessel repeatedly altered berth timing in ways that coincided with Helios secured transfer movements. Investigation identified undeclared cargo irregularities unrelated to Helios. Local authorities assumed the matter.
Status: CLOSED / CRIMINAL, NONHELIOS
10. NETWORK ASSESSMENT
The events above do not presently form a unified pattern. Several are almost certainly unrelated. Some are trivial. Some are conventional criminal activity. Some are likely consequences of a world undergoing unprecedented social disruption. A smaller number cannot presently be explained. The principal strategic finding is therefore not that Helios is under attack.
It is that Helios possesses an unusually high concentration of objects, clients, histories, and locations now capable of producing meaningful anomalous attention. Helios security personnel are adapting effectively. No facility presently requires direct intervention by Mr. Mansour.
11. COLLECTION PRIORITIES GOING FORWARD
Orbital Intelligence recommends continued monitoring using the following triage:
GREEN — Local management has resolved or contained the issue.
YELLOW — Continued passive observation.
ORANGE — Possible supernatural, artifactresponsive, bloodlineresponsive, or professional criminal activity.
RED — Immediate threat to Helios facility, personnel, or holdings requiring Board notification.
At time of report:
RED EVENTS: 0
12. AFRICAN TRANSIT COLLECTION
Following completion of the final Helios observation windows, THOTH017A continued southeast across Africa.
The platform remained available for opportunistic environmental and anomalous observation during transit. No significant Helios related collection requirements remained outstanding.
During this period, regional monitoring identified a rapidly developing volcanic event affecting Madagascar. Thermal output, ash production, atmospheric loading, and associated anomalousenergy readings exceeded standing environmentalnotification thresholds.
Orbital priorities were therefore adjusted.
